Club Rules
These rules are very important as our club is made up of volunteers.
Our coaches are volunteers too – they are giving up their own time to be here, so you need to ensure you behave at all times, and work extremely hard to improve your gymnastic skills.
Parent / Caregiver Rules:
- All gymnasts must be registered online. If your child/ren is not registered – they cannot attend gymnastics.
- If there are any overdue fees owing – they cannot attend gymnastics.
- Fees are charged per term – not per session (one ‘trial’ session is permitted).
- When registering, the day you select is the day you must attend (i.e. do not register for a Monday and then attend a Wednesday session). Be aware that class numbers are capped.
- Junior Recreational children need to be dropped off by a parent or cargiver. For safety reasons we prefer Junior Recreational children to also be picked up from inside the stadium.
- Have your child in tight fitted clothing (no zips or buttons!!), hair tied back, all jewelry off.
Gymnast Rules:
- Arrive on time – wearing tight fitted clothing (no zips or buttons!!), hair tied back, all jewelry off.
- Listen, watch and learn.
- Be well mannered and respectful - encourage others.
- Help get the gear out/put away.
- Train like you are being judged.
- Always strive to improve our gymnastic skills.
WE MUST NOT:
- Chat/gossip with friends during your lessons.
- Eat in the stadium.
- Play on gym gear (when waiting for your lesson).
- Be disruptive/rude/impatient.
